Cancellation Policy

A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments.

We will not charge this card except in the case of a late cancellation or no show. We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.

In the event of a late cancellation, you will be charged 50% of the price of the service you were booked for.

In the event of a same day cancellation or no show you will be charged 100% of the price of the service you were booked for.
